After placing an order, it is sent to the appropriate warehouse within hours. Most items that are offered on our site are in stock, except for certain special order items. It is our experience that 95% of orders are delivered within 7-10 business days, which is not bad considering the amount of products we offer specifically for your car. All products are shipped UPS or FedEx. Special arrangements may need to be made for international orders and oversize packages.
In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below.
All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify Guerilla Racing within 5 days of receiving your order.
If it is damaged, take a picture of the damaged area immediately and email it to email@example.com
Keep the product in its original box.
Do not send it back to Guerilla Racing, we will contact the shipper and have it inspected and picked up. After this, we can send you a replacement part.
If a product is ordered and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be return MUST be reported within 30 days of the original invoice date. No items will be returnable after 30 days. If the package is returned to Guerilla Racing or manufacturer, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and pay a 15% restocking fee. These fees will be charged to your account on file.
GUERILLA RACING DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES
In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Guerilla Racing, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.
To return a item back to us, please do the following:
# Contact us to report it.
# Package the item up in original packaging unless deemed unuseable
# Include the UNUSED parts and any additional information that was included
After you successfully place your order and have received an e-mail confirmation of shipment, you can track its status on our website by using the order number provided on your order confirmation email. You can also log in to your account on this site and check the status of your order.
Please note that your item must ship before you can track it. Your package may not be visible within the shippers tracking system until several hours after the product leaves our warehouse.
